Much has changed in Delenn's life since she came to Babylon 5 when it first went online. The most evident is her obvious change in physical appearance for a Minbari; she underwent her strange transformation shortly before Captain Sheridan assumed command of the station. Delenn is also responsible for the fracturing of the Grey Council, the Minbari ruling body, and the organization of the religious and worker castes into a single unit to fight the Shadows. She has also assumed command of the Rangers after Ranger One journeyed back in time to aid in the fight against the darkness. But after the departure of the Shadows and Vorlons, that title has taken on somewhat of a less important role.
Delenn recently traveled back to Minbar for several days and then returned to the station. The reasons for her leaving are still unknown and will probably remain that way.
