Zack Allen was recruited as a security officer for Babylon 5 shortly after Babylon 5 went online. Throughout his career on the station, he has moved up the career ladder until he became now ex-Security Chief Michael Garibaldi's second-in-command. With the departure of Garibaldi from the staff, Zack has recently assumed control of security for the station.
Zack has remained on the station during the conflict between Earth and The Resistance to watch over customs, due to the great amount of material that is trying to be smuggled through.
