The Centauri fighters are almost bird-like in stucture, and extremely fast. Due to the fact that their pilots seem to bank into turns suggests that the ship and its pilots are also suited to atmospheric maneuvering, but this is only a theory. The Centauri fighters rely on speed over strength, and have some limited offenseive capabilities.
